Summary: Compilation of eight different trials records, showing tasks undertaken at RAE West Freugh.
Description: Trial numbers are Z9892/03, Z1759/06, Z8926/04, Z5455/12, Z6622/01, Z2033/01, Z3073/02 and Z9981/30. Although there is no apparent connection between the individual trials, all were undertaken in the mid- to late-1980s, and each sequence is preceded by a caption giving trial number, date and other details. The trials include parachuting (live men) from Lockheed Hercules aircraft, the release of ballistic (stick) and retarded bombs from Hawker Harrier GR5, release from a Hawker Siddeley Buccaneer of SG357 submunition, practice bombs and BL755 cluster bombs and ends with a Javelin missile firing.
