Description: (Tape 1) Demonstrators gather at the crossroads by a sign for West Winterslow and Pitton - tables with leaflets are set up. The atmosphere is peaceful. Demonstrators marching, attended by police; they reach the gate of the CBDE and are stopped (the camera position behind the gate). There is some banter between police and demonstrators.
(Tape 2) A small delegation meets with a CBDE representative inside the site; a petition is handed over. Police patrol outside. Demonstrators walk around the perimeter fence; the demonstration is peaceful, but some protestors occasionally shout abuse ("bastards... how can you sleep at night?").
