Description: A storeman wraps felt around the ends of a container and secures it with wire. Stacked up containers are seen when another is brought in and added. Felt is cut on a guillotine. In close up a box is packed with lamp batteries, the tray of torch bulbs placed on top. The whole is then padded with cotton wool and sawdust and the lid secured. Packing is added to the canister and the lid closed. The metal shock pad is seen in close up. Items are packed into a wooden crate, padding is added and the lid secured. Canister parachute packs and type 'X' parachute harness are wrapped in wax paper. In the canister storage room, one is selected and felt padded added to the ends. A sergeant inspects and checks off crates in the packing room.
