A narrated film telling of the laying of an almost 1 mile long water carrying pipeline connecting a newly built 10 million gallon water testing tank at the Haslar site to the public supply, which was situated on the far bank of a creek. Footage shows the contractors preparing, fitting and laying the pipe before it is sunk to the bottom of the creek bed.
