Description: The film features much drilling with rifles and with a Vickers machine gun, in a field at Millichope, Shropshire. There then follows a short colour sequence in which a Vickers machine gun and then a Smith gun is set up and dismantled. The film then reverts to black and white and features several officers and men joking to the camera, a game of football without a ball and much clowning. There then follows some grenade practice and practice with the Smith gun.
