Summary: Shots of foreign ships attending the Royal Review at Spithead, 20 May 1937. Also shots of skiing and motor racing.
Description: These are a set of shots seemingly taken from a small craft touring the Spithead harbour during the Royal Review of 20 May 1937. The shots feature the foreign vessels at the Review including warships from the USA, France (Dunkerque), Russia, Germany and Japan. There then follow shots of people skiing, horse-riding and skating against snow-covered mountain scenery. There are then a few shots in Dufaycolor of a motor racing event - the famous Donington Grand Prix on October 2, 1937 (see notes). The colour, except for the Grand Prix, is very poor indeed.
