Description: This film part in colour and part in black and white shows a mounted sports demonstration, 1934; Major-General B N Sergison-Brooke, CMG, DSO inspecting the RHG under Lieutenant-Colonel F B de Klee at Windsor, 5 April 1935; sports held at the Duke of York's Headquarters in 1936; rehearsals in Rotten Row, Hyde Park in 1934 for the Musical Ride at Olympia, featuring formation riding, horses lying-down, standing, jumping, etc; Christmas 1936 at Windsor; troops at jousting practice Hounslow 1937; coronation riding preparation; Regimental Sports at the Duke of York's Headquarters including shot put, tug o' war, high and long jumps, crazy sports; Cavalry Cup Final, Blues v 4/7 Dragoon Guards, 1 May 1937; boxing, horse-back tug o' war. The colour is frequently very good. The second reel features off cuts from this material.
