Summary: Home movie shot in Waziristan, on the NW Frontier of India, ca 1931.
Description: The film follows a typical patrol by a set of scouts' platoons, carried out with the purpose of reconnoitring a road through the south borders of Waziristan leading to Baluchistan in a place called Whimkatch. The patrol is seen preparing to leave, crossing rough mountainous terrain and arriving at Bhuana Camp. There is good film of local native tribesmen riding along with the patrol. Thornycroft lorries and armoured cars accompany the patrol.
