  • Description: Air raid shelters in open ground in the Cardiff area are tackled first with a weight and dragline and then with explosives. A tilt hammer is used to smash a shelter at Isleworth (according to note on film can). Finally another weight is used on another shelter near some terraced houses. The shelters prove to be of very tough construction.
