Summary: The need for nuclear civil defence preparations.
Description: Mr Jones regains consciousness after a nuclear blast to find his surroundings blasted away. At the civil defence training school people from all walks of life attend lectures describing the extent of preparations already made for such an event. The commentary enlarges on these and the film shows how the emergency organisation would cope. The film closes by stating that there is a plan for survival "but you have to know how it works, Mr Jones".
