Summary: A commercial for Co-operative Wholesale Society (CWS) butchers in the guise of a documentary about meat production.
Description: A number of men are seen turning down offers of a quick drink after work because "the Missus has a nice bit of meat" to eat. In a well stocked shop the butcher explains to young Jimmy where meat comes from and how CWS selects it. New breeds of smaller animals are in demand because of the smaller families of today. Meat is also imported from the empire. The emphasis is on meticulous selection and handling.
