Floats include historical displays (Old Bill bus, Victory 1945) and trades (the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers TA). After taking the salute, the Lord Mayor enters his state chariot accompanied by his entourage. The chariot makes its way accompanied my pikemen and musketeers of the Honourable Artillery Company. At the Law Courts, the crowd awaits the procession, which arrives led by the bands of the Royal Marines and the first Royal Artillery Float with a tableau showing the badge of the TA. Further floats and groups of soldiers, showing scenes from the TA's history (including the World Wars), are filemd and described as they pass.
