Description:
I. "FFI - Resistance in Paris and the Germans' Last Days": As the allies near Paris, the Resistance comes out into the open to make sniper attacks on individual German groups and vehicles. Many Germans surrender. Paris is finally liberated, the Parisians come out on to the streets, and the Germans are captured, killed, or driven out. II. "Paris Arises": A group of Germans hold out in the Chamber of Deputies until forced to surrender. The 2nd French Armoured Division under General Leclerc approaches Paris to complete the liberation. General de Gaulle walks the length of the Champs Elysées amid cheering Parisians. During the Victory procession, German snipers open fire until routed from their hideouts.
