Description: The Cardinal meets regimental chaplains outside a barn marked as a Catholic church. (Note the official photographer, J Warwick Brooke, at work.) The Cardinal walks towards the camera for a posed shot. Together with Brigadier-General Ramsey of 48th Dublin Fusiliers Brigade he inspects the men, and gives them an address standing in a wagon, finishing with a benediction. The Cardinal talks to one of the soldiers. The film ends with the brigade marching past.
