Summary: A Polish propaganda film presenting 20th Century German 'Kultur' as an insatiable appetite for power through murder, starvation and perversion by a race of savage "megalomaniacs".
Description: A definition of art from the Encyclopedia Britannica points out that not all peoples excel in the same way, representatives of each type of culture being quoted: Wyspianski (Polish painter 1869-1907), Shakespeare, Bach, and many others. The Twentieth Century has produced Adolf Hitler, the Shakespeare of German literature, the Leonardo de Vinci of German art, German youth are trained to become the murderers and savages of tomorrow, to destroy Western civilisation. At intervals the dialogue is interrupted by the questioning 'Mr Smith' who replies that this is only war. He is defied by the commentator who demonstrates that it is the foundation of the new German Order, the foundation of an oppressive society in Western Europe by those no longer cultured.
