Description: I. Under-exposed shots of a "Sea Flash" pleasure boat and Hubert Scott-Paine walking along a pontoon. Further shots show Hubert Scott-Paine walking up the pontoon towards the PV70 motor torpedo boat prototype, boarding the boat and climbing into the cabin. The PV70 is seen starting its engines and casting off from the quayside.
