Description: A series of passes by a large motor launch designated '40' in open water, probably the Solent, Southampton. Shots of a 37 ft 6 inch RAF 200 class seaplane tender with no obvious designation apart from a triangle, (a radio antenna is visible on the bow). The RAF 200 class seaplane tender passes what may be a motor torpedo boat hull. RAF 318, a RAF 200 class seaplane tender, executes passes and turns in a fast moving river. Another RAF 200 class seaplane tender executes a series passes in the Solent with ocean liners and barrage balloons visible in the background.
