Description: 12 October 1940. View of cattle grazing near the Holmestyles reservoir, followed by shots of trees around the reservoir and two men walking along the bank past a small round stone built building. Numerous views of trees and water recording the beauty and colour of the autumn leaves. Man walking along a woodland path and through a gate into a field. Further shot of autumn trees. Close-up shots of mushrooms. Man walking towards the camera in the shade of trees.

Probably 1960's. Shot of the camerawoman, Miss Kathleen Lockwood seated at a table by a window probably in her own home. Miss Lockwood picks up and examines a bound photograph album. The album contains photographs of Holmfirth after the flood of 29 May 1944 and was presented to her father, Councilor Joe Lockwood JP by the Holmfirth Urban District Council in recognition of his work following the disaster.
