Burmese men fill sacks with rice? in the background is a military jeep marked CAS (Civil Affairs Services). More men buy longyis from a stall manned by Indian? and British? soldiers (presumably from the CAS?). A man shows other items to the camera including blocks of soap and tins of Carnation evaporated milk (the man is wearing a wristband which appears to bear the lion and unicorn crest).
