Description: Opening credits introduce the main protagonists of the Cornwall Aviation Co Ltd, St Austell: the pilots Captain P Phillips DFC, Captain D Cameron MBE and Mr Summerfield, Albert J Adams (Aerial Acrobat), B L Middleton (An enthusiast), H F Gibbs (A sceptic) and Q Sawyer (A lady aviator). Two men seated outdoors (Captain Phillips and Captain Cameron?) scan their company's advertisement in newspaper for flights from Hedge Lane, Palmers Green (North London) then drive off in a 1920s car. "Be up to date and aviate" proclaims a poster at the site. Aerial views from biplane over town and country. One of the Company's Avro 504K biplanes (G-EBIZ) lands in field. Civilian confidence in the safety of new pastime is built up before members of the public are "Converted". Meticulous checking of engine. "Over 40000 passengers carried without mishap." Crowds admire Avro 504K (serial number H2234, civil registration G-EBSE) on ground. Aerobatics filmed from ground prompts question, "But how do they see us?" Lady aviator climbs into plane prior to cine camera providing the answer, with views from the plane and from ground of spinning nose dive, spiral turns and half roll. Wing-walking (probably by Albert Adams). Back on land the three pilots drink to the future of aviation and to the prosperity of the Cornwall Aviation Company.
