Description: Reel 1: Scenes at SBAC airshow at Farnborough in September 1974. Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird (serial number 64-17972) on static display. Spectators mill around Lockheed C-5A Galaxy transport aircraft in the static park. Brief views of unidentified airliners. Aerospatiale-BAC Concorde G-AXDN, one of the pre-production aircraft performs a number of flypasts, including a touch and go landing. BAC Sea Harrier, de Havilland Comet and McDonnell-Douglas F-15 Eagle in flight. A pair of Saab Viggens of the Swedish Air Force take off and display together. Consolidated B-24J Liberator (44-44272/KH401) at Duxford in the autumn of 1974. North American P-51D Mustang on static display in one of the hangars. The aircraft is painted as 'Big Beautiful Doll', the personal aircraft of 78th Fighter Group pilot, Lieutenant John Landers, stationed at Duxford during the Second World War.
