Summary: Exercises and passing out parades at the Domobranska Zastavnicka Scola (Croatian Military Academy) in Zagreb, watched by officers and civic dignitaries. Intimate shots of officers and soldiers show Ustasha uniforms clearly.
Description: Exterior shot of the Academy. A guard on sentry duty outside smiles into the camera.
[Filming from inside the gates] A car enters. Soldiers salute the arriving Ustasha officers, a band plays. The officers go through to a large yard. Very close-up 'portraits' of officers and soldiers.
Recruits in passing out parade. A sergeant? holds up a tricolour (without star). A military band plays. Soldiers in shorts and no tops perform various training exercises.
Close-up shots of Ustasha officer appearing rather camera-shy. A toddler wearing one of the soldiers' hats holds on to an officer's hand. The officer tries to get the child to respond to the camera.
