Summary: Sections for use in the bases of the Hands of Victory are cast at Henshaw's foundry.
Description: Furthers sections of metal frame are lifted over mould and secured; inside, the mould is again dusted with white powder. (Cauldron, with bronze being heated, is briefly seen.) Iron tubes are laid across the top of the frame and metal "staples" are also added. Sand is then added, along with metal struts.
Inside the test tent in the yard at Henshaws, sections of the test moulding (now cast in bronze) are assembled and welded. In the yard, sections of the base are moved by forklift truck and weighed. Further views in the test tent, showing two large sections of the base being assembled.
