Description: Continuation of interview with "John" of Henshaws, in which he describes the risks involved in foundry work, and the finer points of construction, including the potential problems with distortion when scaling up.
Foundry scenes: sand moulds are cleaned and polished before being moved by winch. Fibreglass patterns are used. Moulds are cleaned using a jet of compressed air before being coated. This coating is then set on fire and burns fiercely. The second part of the mould is also treated in the same way. Shots of the two finished parts of the mould after treatment.
