Summary: Silent, colour footage by Peter Horsley, a photographer, of the 1972 air show at Blackpool Airport in the north of England.
Description: Static and aerial displays of aircraft, including Avro Lancaster NX611 “Guy Gibson” and displays by the Red Arrows. Amongst the numerous aircraft shown are Red Arrows Folland Gnats on the tarmac, Avro Vulcan, Lockheed Hercules, Piper Cherokee (G-ATOL) and a 1947 Stampe-Vertongen SV-4B (G-AWIW). Parachutists are also seen, as is a flypast by Concorde.
