Summary: Silent, colour footage by Peter Horsley, a photographer, of the annual air show at Farnborough in 1968, when a French Navy Breguet Atlantic crashed into the Black Sheds on the edge of the airfield whilst demonstrating the aircraft at low level on one engine; all the crew of 5 were killed plus an English civilian working in the Black Sheds.
Description: General views of the aircraft displays (static and in flight) and of the crowds; there are also shots of a BBC Outside Broadcast Unit and a scene showing the wreckage of the Breguet Atlantic being moved by crane. A large number of aircraft are seen, including Vickers VC10 and Super VC10, BAC Lightning, Westland Widgeon, Wallis WA116/MC autogiro, Westland Whirlwind, BEA Trident, Hawker Harrier, Britten-Norman BN-2 Islander and Short Skyvan.
