Summary: Incomplete film of the Turkish Black Sea Fleet and scenes in Constantinople, probably 1915.
Description: The film starts with three ships from the fleet: first the four-funnelled cruiser Midilli, formerly SMS Breslau, riding at anchor, then a Muvanet-i-Milet Class destroyer showing the Turkish flag at her stern, then a Samsoun Class destroyer. The camera-ship travels around the three warships, filming them at various angles. Then Sultan Mohammed V is shown being taken in his royal barge across the Hellespont; he meets with ministers from Bulgaria and Persia (backs to camera) at a pavilion. Enver Pasha is visible in the background. Turkish troops in the streets hold up banners, "celebrating a victory". The crowd, mainly civilian, is addressed by a speaker from a rostrum.
