Face to face meetings between different sides, proposed by UNPROFOR, has led to local ceasefires. Crossing now open, allowing aid into Bihać pocket, monitored by the French battalion, who have set up an observation post on a strategic hill.
Interview with Sector South Senior Military Observer Colonel Ove Nielsen, who is confident that commanders on both sides will attempt to keep fire under control because no party is capable of overall superiority in that area.
