Summary: Reports on the activities of BRITBAT, in particular their efforts to escort aid convoys.
Description: Interviews with BRITBAT soldiers. They are responsible for the safety of aid convoys. Local people ransacking convoys is a serious problem. Local people set up improvised road blocks and steal the aid. Those distributing the aid make it clear that the aid is going to the Vitez pocket (where Croats live), central Bosnia (with a high percentage Muslim population) and Serb pockets. Their point is that they feed all three sides. BRITBAT gives confidence to convoy drivers. BRITBAT also seeks to establish human contact across trench lines even if it is only to share a few words while exchanging corpses.
