Summary: Nasef, a Muslim from Gornji Vakuf writes to his friend, Alexandra, a Serb who has left town.
Description: Nasef prepares food for his relatives and neighbouts outside of the town. He hopes that she remembers the time they spent together at Herceg Novi, when nationalities were never discussed. It was 1991 when everything changed. Vakuf has changed so much, he believes it is the most destroyed town in Bosnia Herzegovina yet no one asks questions about nationality. Shots of the destroyed buildings that now make up the high street. “You are still my friend and I hope I am yours” but he makes clear that if the intervening years have changed how she thinks of him then this is the end.
