Description: The 21st Army Group commander is seen in the grounds of 2nd Army's TAC HQ with Lieutenant-General Bradley, GOC 12th US Army Group; both men are joined by two of their army commanders, Lieutenant-General Dempsey, GOC British 2nd Army, and Lieutenant- General Hodges, GOC 1st US Army. The four commanders pose for the cameraman on the steps of the château requisitioned for their conference and are later seen emerging from the building once it has ended. Dempsey bids farewell to Hodges before leaving in his US-built staff car while their two superiors continue their conversation.
