- Description: First a posed group of Rawlinson, Fourth Army commander, with his staff. Then, indoors, for the benefit of the camera Rawlinson traces a military manoeuvre on a wall map with a pair of dividers. The limbers are in a transport park, which has a few houses in the distance. A supply train of wagons begins to move out of the park while unsaddled horses graze nearby. The men are in bush hats with greatcoats and gas-capes. The weather is wet and foggy. They board the train and pose for the cameras in the doorways of their trucks. One doorway has the words "Direct To Aussie" chalked on it. The train moves off.

- Notes: Production: the store ledger gives the cameraman as McDowell and suggests British official material. However, the supporting photograph is Australian, as are most of the subjects, and it seems likely that at least part of this film is Australian official material acquired by the WOCC in the exchange of 1918 Remarks: the sequence of Rawlinson is candid and slightly comic at times
