01:02:00:50 In car park, Gurkhas unload polks (small sleds) from the back of the vehicle and prepare them, strapping them around their waists.
01:06:20 Gurkhas walk onto Newborough Beach pulling their polks behind them across the sand, and using ski poles. Once on the beach, they fill sandbags and place them into their polks to simulate equipment loads. They then drag the polks along the beach. (Various angles.) Polks are also dragged up the dunes.
