General McNarney speaks in Frankfurt (surveying achievements to date and remaining tasks of military government). III. Otto Hahn (winner of Nobel prize for Physics) returns to Göttingen. The 4 previous prize winners (Windaus, von Laue, Heisenberg and Planck) congratulate Professor Otto Hahn on his return from award of Nobel Prize in Stockholm; camera records Planck's brief speech and Hahn's reply.
