Summary: Mixed film of unrelated scenes of British and Australian aircraft during the second half of the First World War.
Description: The film has no plot or continuity. Almost all the first reel comes directly from IWM 236 A BOMBING TRIP OVER THE ENEMY LINES, showing Australian aircraft, and IWM 28 WITH THE AUSTRALIAN FORCES IN PALESTINE. The second reel comes mostly from IWM 570 WITH THE RNAS, and the naval episodes from series IWM 130 SONS OF OUR EMPIRE. The third reel comes almost entirely from IWM 141 WITH THE ROYAL FLYING CORPS, ending with material from IWM 470 DEATH OF A FOKKER.
