Description: Geddes and Vice-Admiral Duff arrive at Annapolis with US Secretary of the Navy Daniels and Admiral W S Benson, and are greeted by Rear-Admiral Eberle and officers of the Academy. The party enters the Superintendent's house. Medium close-ups of Geddes, Daniels, Duff and Benson, as they pass the camera. Medium shot as party descends steps after visiting the chapel. Pan over facade of Bancroft Hall, and up to the clock-tower. Wipe to medium long shot of Mahon Hall. Geddes' party watch marchpast of the Brigade of Midshipmen. Sir Eric makes an address - captions give his tribute to the "dauntless determination" of the United States in rapidly training large numbers of seamen for the war.
