Description: I. Horse on green in Port Stanley. Low flypast of medical evacuation helicopters (Argentine Huey and British Sea King). Light tank passes ruined buildings in Stanley. Abandoned helmet seen by smoking mug of tea. Close-ups of burning kit and man kicking over Argentine equipment; he pulls out sheets of corrugated metal and scrapes the ground as if searching for something. Port Stanley streets - islanders, including children, walking and running, now liberated (schoolgirl and man in duffel coat). Mother pushing pram with schoolchildren in Main Street. Port Stanley Cathedral. Line of Royal Marines enter Port Stanley in full pack after the surrender, carrying their weapons; includes close-ups (faces of victory). Islander picking cabbages in garden. Aerial shots of Tumbledown Mountain, scene of battle. Two Sisters Mountain also seen. (Terrain over which the final battles were fought, viewed from the air.) II. 21 May, Falkland Sound: Argentine air attacks on British fleet. Argentine prisoners, hooded, made to kneel on ground, marched for tactical interrogation by Marines. They are taken to Ajax Bay sheep sheds for interrogation inside. Combat Engineer Tractor excavates trench; troops help to sort dried peat; Scimitar light tanks manoeuvre over light ground. Rapier missiles (camouflaged) near San Carlos Bay. Troop ship Canberra and RFA vessels in Falkland Sound; close-up of camouflaged Rapier and troops digging in shortly after landing. General views across tussock grass by Port San Carlos and Ajax Bay. Royal Marine Artillery Regiment with heavy guns and ammunition. MCU of Canberra lying off shore. Shoreline of Port San Carlos; Marines in trenches with Sterling submachine gun preparing for counterattack. Vapour trails in sky from dogfights. Build-up on shore: camouflage netting going up over Ajax Bay Field Hospital. Gazelle helicopter lands, Scimitar passes and drives uphill.
