The preparations and equipment necessary onboard both ships are shown, as is the tow itself and recovery of equipment on completion. The second part shows the ocean-going tug Smit Houston taking in tow the Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC) Al Rekkah, and explains the differences in procedure and potential problems that may be encountered.
