Summary: General Eisenhower tours the Norwegian Navy destroyer «Arendal» [the former HMS «Badsworth»] en route from Oslo to Horten, Norway; among those accompanying him are Admiral Danielson, Admiral Brind and Admiral Lemonnier. Numerous views show the ship and her crew during the voyage. General Eisenhower and his colleagues leave «Arendal» and visit Horten Naval Base. The visit includes meeting guards (including a sailor of Sjamileteer Korps), a tour of the old Horten Naval Fort and grounds. Views of Horten Harbour. During the visit, General Eisenhower meets an old man, Olav Rolfe, who offers to join the army. Afterwards, the general returns to «Arendal» by small launch and sails back to Oslo.
