II. "China's Army in South-East Asia." Chiang Kai-Shek and his wife are seen together with Mountbatten in a jeep somewhere in the jungle. The Chinese leader stands before a microphone addressing his troops (no sound), later seen "in action" (artillery, rifle fire), receiving US supplies from the air, and being decorated by General Stilwell.
III. "Leningrad and Kiev freed." Brief views of Leningrad after the raising of the siege; launching of a high-speed naval craft on the Neva.
