Description: General training work with ropes and ladders is shown. Methods of lowering stretchers down ladders are shown. Means of recovering stretcher cases over a high timber wall are demonstrated using combinations of sheerlegs, jibs and derricks assembled from poles and ropes. Finally the careful jacking up of a brick wall to remove a trapped casualty (a dummy) is demonstrated - careless use of jacking equipment results in the wall toppling.
