Summary: Paris power station devastated in low-level attack.
Description: Fighting French aircrews climb into Bostons with Croix de Lorraine markings and take off. Flying low over the white cliffs of the south coast, planes cross the French coast and pass at tree-top level over the countryside. Free French show special courage by "destroying a part of the land they love so that one day the whole of their land may be free. A badly-aimed bomb can easily kill a loved one". Aerial views of bomb explosions. German-controlled Radio Paris is said to have admitted damage caused. Commentary fades into Marseillaise, claiming such raids exemplify "the truest kind of patriotism".
