Summary: One of AGRA's four medium regiments in action north of Caen.
Description: In 68th Medium Regiment RA's gun lines in fields outside Douvres-la-Délivrande, 5.5-inch shells are laid out ready for firing while the gun-sights and breech-block of one of 233rd Battery's guns are checked and cleaned. Two loaders adjust the fuse setting on several projectiles before stacking them along with the rest. The 5.5-inch gun is seen firing four rounds against German positions outside Caen. Other gun emplacements covered by scrim netting can be seen in the same field. A fellow AFPU cameraman, Sergeant Watkins, is seen briefly at the end of this footage.
