Summary: Dramatised Army Instructional film designed to illustrate the dangers of Soviet espionage to British Army units stationed in Germany. The Duke of Cumberland's Regiment, newly arrived at its German base, receives a new top secret Brigade Emergency Plan, superceding one stolen by Soviet agents. The plan produced by Russian Intelligence to obtain a copy, without British knowledge, involves several classic espionage ploys, including a compromised German secretary working in the Regimental offices and a form of 'Honey Trap' by which a female Russian agent enters into a relationship with a British soldier in order to further the operation. However, the Russians succeed primarily because of shortcomings in British security, particularly a lack of the proper mindset.
