Summary: Navy Instructional film continuing directly from Part One. The film follows a series of exercise attacks on the Type 21 frigate HMS Alacrity (F.174), in company with an unidentified Rover Class Royal Fleet Auxiliary ship and an unidentified O Class submarine while the ships are in port. Preparations for escalation of the Alert State are shown, followed by the escalation itself and a series of incidents, including a protest on the jetty and underwater attack by divers. Prisoner handling, command and control aspects and underwater searches for explosive devices also feature.
