Summary: Navy Instructional film following on directly from DRN 2353 Part One: Summary Procedures, and following the story of a Petty Officer who was seen in Part One being remanded by his ship's Captain for Court Martial on a charge of assault. The Petty Officer's Divisional Officer explains the procedure to him, and the Captain of the ship concerned, the fictitious HMS Sark prepares to act as the prosecution in court. The Court Martial is then shown with narrative explanation of procedures and people involved from opening procedures to sentencing and post-trial review of the case by the Navy's legal experts. As in Part One the film aims to emphasise the importance of open fair and transparent justice.
