Summary: Dramatised Army Recruiting film, the plot of which is linked to that of DRA 8120. A man who tried to talk his friend out of joining the Army becomes bored with his civilian work and decides to become an officer in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. He describes the basic elements of his job, the responsibilities and training involved and the possibilities for career progression. The recovery of a disabled Challenger tank is also demonstrated.
