Description:Panning shot of rations being loaded onto a DUKW is followed by film of a DUKW on land, near a pile of rations, and of a DUKW moving out of the water, loaded with rations (two takes). A Wing Commander leaves a slit trench, situated just inland. A notice reads "Tonnage - Today's Target 2100, Yesterdays total - 1701, Total tonnage since D-Day 41434" - a Flight Lieutenant checks figures off lists. Notices ("No Smoking", "Lub Section 2") are shown, with camouflaged petrol tanks in the background. Pan from other notices (RAF HQ; No 1 Beach Squadron) to men standing under trees. Various takes of men loading rations into haulage nets, hooking nets up, and of load being craned up. Film of RAF flag is followed by shots of DUKWs entering water, coming ashore (loaded), of net full of ration sacks being hauled up and of winch hauling machinery.
