Various self-conscious shots of aircrew fastening themselves into their parachutes and climbing in and out of their Bristol Blenheim Mk IV aircraft. Shots of aircraft engines. Medium shots of the aircraft taxiing slowly along the dusty runway.
Rangoon, Burma, 1 March 1942. Establishing shots of the city, showing various buildings including long shots of barrage balloons tethered over the city. Packed railway train in Rangoon. Shots of passengers sitting on the roof and in goods carriages. Portrait shots of many of the civilian passengers including an old man drinking and many small children. Overcrowded train departing the station.
