Captain T I Scott-Bell comes down Waveney’s gangway and is piped ashore. Scott-Bell meets Maunsell and other officers (including French?). The Japanese guard of honour presents arms to Scott-Bell; nearest camera is the (presumed) commander of the guard who salutes with his sword.
